Beer Dinners

Participants enjoy great food, great beer, and an intimate setting at a recent Beer Dinner. |
At about the same time that the seasons change, we invite all who enjoy the finest ales complimenting the finest food, to join us for a very special evening at Bray's. On the passing of the Spring Equinox, Summer Solstice, Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice, Chef John Dugans prepares a multi-coarse meal to tantalize the most discriminating palate. Past entrees have included venison, quail, ostrich, and exotic seafood dishes. After the evening's menu is finalized, head brewer Mike Bray selects beers (Bray's as well as other domestic and international brews) which will accompany each course. At the table, Mike will lead a brief discussion of the style selections, origin, key ingredients, and how it compliments each dish. While our dinners are conducted in a rather casual manner, we do ask that you
reserve seats by phone ahead of time, as space considerations limit seating to 20. Our next Beer Dinner will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2008.
