Our Brewer

Head Brewer Rob Prindall
Rob Prindall is a "one-man brewing machine." When he joined us in February 2000, he was an avid, experienced home-brewer with a strong desire to go professional. Although our brewery is small, even by micro-brewery standards, it was quite a challenge to go from brewing 5-gallon batches at home to 110 gallon batches for public consumption. Yet Rob quickly learned the intracacies of large scale brewing. Starting with Mike Bray's time-tested recipes, he then began developing his own non-traditional styles! Primarily offered as seasonal ales, some of his creative accomplishments include his "way-too-popular" Songo Loch Scotch Ale (9% alcohol by volume), Orien's Oatmeal Pale Ale (now a standard at Bray's), Yammityville Horror (a hancrafted aleHalloween seasonal made with roasted sweet potatoes), Epicurean IPA and many others. Just ask for the Brewer's Choice! By the way, Rob would love to hear any brew comments. Let him know what you think here!
